I visited the store on South BLVD and purchased a sofa and chair. I scheduled delivery for Tuesday Feb 17th. I confirmed delivery on Monday Feb 16th. I utilized vacation time to wait for the delivery. By 1pm I contacted the store and left a voicemail for my sales rep asking about my delivery. I finally was able to achieve contact with my sales rep at 5:45pm and was told that my delivery would not be coming today - after I utilized my vacation time waiting an entire day. Finally, this same sales rep told me that my furniture would be at my home at 9:30am on Wed, Feb 18th. I contacted the store at 9:30 am and asked where my furniture was. The ""manager"" I spoke with did not have any idea of my furniture or what I purchased. My sales rep is not at work today. I re-scheduled a flight so that I could be here for my furniture because I will be out of town the remainder of the month. Currently, I have no idea when my furniture would arrive and was told I am still expected to pay the 75.00 delivery fee inspite of the MASS amount of poor customer service and incredibly unprofessional behavior. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this store to anyone.
Cons: Not organized, poor management, furniture not delivered.
