I personally know that they have been around for close to 20 years. It costs around the same as fast food, but is so much better. They're trademark is the pocket, which is a pita pocket with your choice of sandwich meat, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and drenched with dressing. They do have a variety of food on their menu including burgers and nachos. It isn't a nice place, but the walls are filled with actors and Dallas Cowboy Pictures. Parking is hard to come by, but only when the "square" (downtown Garland) is busy.
