This company has apparently gone out of business and I discovered this in the most unpleasant way-I never received the furniture I ordered and I have not received a refund for the $1020 deposit I'd paid. I called the store--no answer; I visited the store--it is now completely empty.\r
I'd actually ordered furniture from this store before, and while it took a very long time to receive the items (4 months in one case, 2 in another), I never expected that the store would just disappear into the night. I did receive a letter two months after my order, which explained their difficulties with their shipping company in Denmark and promised to get back to customers with the status of our orders, but no such update was provided. \r
A very maddening situation . . . I am now in the process of trying to have the money refunded through my bank's arbitration. If anyone else has had a similar experience, my sympathies to you!! (12/10/07)
Cons: Long wait for delivery on items, developing into failure to deliver at all!!
