The main issue is this business does not care if the customer has complaints. It will tell you to find another service provider, which, there isn't any other. So, there is the problem. No competition, no concerns to correct not meeting the cable speeds a user purchases. I continue to have terrible speeds daily. And, when I am required to have speed I am expecting, it isn't there. If you want proper cable speeds, beg any of the larger cable providers to enter into Pell City. As it is, Coosa Cable is horrible in service, speed and courtesy. Don't expect to get what you pay for monthly. It won't happen. They know you have their pathetic service or none. I have learned that I am much faster using my 4G from my phone. Sad that Coosa Cable will be a dinosaur soon enough. Good riddance!
