This is a great place to join up and the staff are really nice and always willing to help. As well, the prices are great, and it is never really too crowded.

Worst

I would never go back to this place if you like good service. The trainer I paid alot of money to ended up being such a jerk and when I canceled my membership they keep taking mon...
