Worst

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a business. I feel totally taken advantage of . They charged me $60.00 for 10mins of no work. My ac was not working for 3days...

Holiday repair 9/1/2012

Coomes has installed and serviced our HVAC for more than 25 years. They are always prompt, courteous and efficient. Today is the Saturday of Labor Day weekend. (Why do things always break on holidays!?) Victor quickly diagnosed the problem as a defective motor starter capacitor, replaced it and had us cooling within minutes. Their portable computing capability had our warranty information at hand which covered all costs for the repair. I can't recommend Victor and Coomes highly enough. more
