I am the owner of Consign and Design. I would like to take some of my time to clear up some the reviews, that have been stated previously. Consign and Design has been in business for 13 years. We take in quality used furniture and decorative items. All items come in and are put onto the floor. We do not have a storage center. All items come to the store and go on sale for a six week , time period. After three weeks, items that have not sold, get reduced by 25%. The final ten days of the consignment, the consigner has the option of picking up any unsold merchandise. If the items are not pick-up by the end of the day on the expiration date, they become property of the store, to donate or sell. Checks are then mailed within 30 days after the expiration, for 50% of the items sold. These are consignment rules. We do not advertise. We rely on word of mouth. 75% of our consigners are repeat customers. We have a very high standard of customer service. This should be evident in our returning customer base. Unfortunately some of the reviews on here, (the past 8, in 10 days) and a couple others, have the wrong impression, of my store.
