saved my life 1/23/2012

I do not like going to the dr., in fact I will avoid it like the plague, but my health was deteriorating fast and I went to Dr. Conner hopeless. The entire office treated me like a real person, with real concerns. When I called the office several times with additional questions, every person was wonderful to me, I even received personal calls and answers from Dr. Conner himself, which I have NEVER received at another office. This is the best dr. I have ever been to.. Trust me when I say he can save your life, he did mine! more

DO NOT COME HERE! 9/26/2011

After a terrible experience here with the office staff, I would not recommend this doctor. This experience was a nightmare. There are better doctors who do not have lunatics running the office. more

Front Staff Leaves You Feeling Secure and Cared For 9/19/2011

Guess what??? I thoroughly disagree with Oliver Twists' assessment. When i had an MS attack this May, the staff worried over me, called me numerous times, ordered the IV steroid instantaneously, got me in immediately, cared and called. They even deal with you one on one about co-pay and insurance in a kind manner. Letter to my employer? No problem! Someone to help in my home with mobility? No problem! Dr. Conner tries to treat each patient as caring and as quickly as possible!!! and the front staff? Generous, sweet-natured, my word would be AWESOME! The young lady up front, initial C. she's fantastic and it shows.. Not my experience at all Oliver. Who in the world could you be talkin about? Or are we discussing front staff from 3 years back??? Who knows? All I can say is-in a very frightening time, this chick appreciated all of Dr. Conners people! Thank you-all of you! Sincerely, cl ;) more

My experience with Dr. Conners 3/30/2011

We find Dr. Conners very knowledgeable and personable. If we had a complaint, it would be the difficulty of contacting him directly. I understand that this is the norm for most neurologists. Over the past six years, we have seen a great deal of turnover in his supporting staff.?? Most were friendly, but not so competent in their duties. Not sure why that is, or if Dr. Conners is even aware of the disconnect. This does not reflect well on him however, I sincerely hope he can remedy the situation with his staffing issues in the future. more

Office staff horrible 12/31/2010

The doctor is okay but the staff leaves a lot to be desired. The front staff has seen quite a bit of turnover and changed from professional to rude. A simple phone call with a woman staffer quickly turned into a nightmare. She may be the reason for all the change. I sincerely wonder if the doctor has a clue about what is going on within his practice. If he does know and approves of this behavior then it is a poor reflection on him. more

Great Neurologist 3/9/2009

Dr. Conner has been my mom's neurologist since her stroke 6 months ago. Through it all, he's been extremely helpful, easy to talk to, and listened and addressed all of the many concerns we've had on the road to my mom's recovery. The many times I had to contact his office for questions or concerns, the staff was always quick to get back with me and were always courteous and reassuring and never acted like it was an inconvenience. Having a family member with neurological problems is scary. I am very happy we've found Dr. Conner for my mother. He's incredible. Pros: Office wait time is nothing!! Cons: None!! more

Fantastic, Careing, Understanding Doctor!! 4/29/2008

After suffering from severe migraine headaches for over 20 years, Dr. Conner was the first Neurologist who took the time to really listen to my symptoms and work out a game plan to help me get my life back! He is very easy to talk to, asks lots of questions, and is truly interested in finding the right combination of meds to get you the relief you need. His staff is also wonderful. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful whenever I call. \r \r If you have to wait for an appointment, it is well worth it!! Once you get an appointment, I've never had to wait more that about 10 minutes to actually see the Doctor! Another big plus.\r \r Pros: Very easy to talk to and a good listener! Cons: NONE!!!!! more

Supurb doctor 4/15/2007

Dr. Conner is one of the most diligent, hard working, dedicated doctors that we have at Arlington Memorial Hospital. I see him at this hospital almost everyday and his patients highly recommend him. He is also referred by most doctors at this hospital when a neurologist is needed. Furthermore the previous complaint that some patient had to wait for their appointment----well most great doctors do have a wait. If you do not have to wait, that should be the real concern! Unless its an emergency you have to wait for the first available appointment! more

Unimpressive bedside manner and poor assistance in hospital!!! 10/30/2006

This doctor came by only two times throughout a 5-day hospital stay for a horrible headache/spinal tap headache. He also did not follow up on his patient to check her status after her MRI/MRA so that he could determine the next course of treatment. He left the patient to wait over 24 hours after the MRI/MRA to take the next step. In addition, he was made aware that the patient was informed at about 2pm that ""something"" showed up on the MRI/MRA and allowed her and her family to worry about what that ""something"" was until the next morning. In addition, he would not see the patient in his office until 19 days after she was discharged. I would recommend checking on all of your other options before considering Dr. Conner. Cons: Doesn't appear to be in any hurry to diagnose and treat the problem. more

This Neurologist is the absolute best. Thorough, extremely experienced. 8/2/2006

Although I had to wait a few weeks for my appointment, it was well worth the wait. I highly recommend Dr Conner to any and everyone with Neurology needs. He is thorough, extremely experienced, very professional. Doctors like this one dont come by very often. He is a life saver! Pros: The staff were polite, the doctor was prompt, well worth the wait to get an appointment. Cons: The initial appointment wait time of a few weeks. He is a popular doctor! more
