Definitely a great place to take your car, I had my car at 4 other shops including two different dealerships that couldn't figure out the problem, Not only did they figure out the problem, but the problem was under factory warranty. So I took my car back to the dealership and showed them my receipt from Computune, and they even called the dealership to speak to the service writer and I only had to pay the diagnostic fee at the dealership, and the total bill that was covered under the factory warranty was over $2300. So thank you Computune for your Honesty. I have been taking my families car there for the past 4 years. And If you want to know how honest they are, just check with the BBB and you can see that Computune is the ONLY AUTO REPAIR shop on Little Creek Rd with a A+ rating. more

I got my car fixed in a timely manner, but they tried to get me to do stuff to my car that was completely unnecessary and that had been done previously and didn't need to be done at that time. I was able to haggle the price down on what needed to be done, but that was only after I almost walked out to a cheaper and more reliable place. They overcharge for services like tire rotations that can be done for less elsewhere. Don't go there! more

THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE WELL WITH ME. ALWAYS TELLING ME OF NECESSARY REPAIRS BEFORE THE WORK IS PERFORMED. MY ENTIRE FAMILY HAS BEEN GOING HERE FOR WELL OVER 5 YEARS. TOOK MY CAR TO THEM WITH CHECK ENGINE LIGHT FOR ""FREE DIGNOSTICS"" WITH COUPON AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THE SPARK PLUGS AND LEADS NEEDED CHANGING AND THAT IT WOULD BE $450, I TOOK IT ELSE WHERE AND GOT IT DONE FOR $125 WHEN I PICKED IT UP TODAY I ASKED DID THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT GO OFF AND THE REPUTABLE PEOPLE WHO DID NOT OVER CHARGE ME SAID NO MAAM THAT WAS NOT THE PROBLEM!!! SO ON THEIR ADVICE I WENT AND GOT UNNECESSARY REPAIRS DONE AND I AM STILL HAVING TO PAY FOR THE REAL PROBLEM, CALLED THEM AND TOLD THEM AND HE WAS ACCUSING ME OF YELLING AND EVEN CALLED ME A B***H, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE THEY PRAY ON LITTLE PEOPLE WHO DONT KNOW MUCH ABOUT CARS THINKING THAT I HAD MONEY WELL I DONT OBVIOUSLY OR I WOULDNT BE SITTING HERE NOW WITH A STILL BROKEN CAR AND UNNECESSARY REPAIRS WTHECK I AM DISGUSTED! I have been taking my car to Computune for the past five years, and have never recieved less than the best; my care always has quality work done to it. The technicians always look professional, they know their jobs and they perform them quickly and very well on the first visit. They do honest work, and dont lie to you about what needs to be done. And their prices are the best I've seen in this area, so I know I'm not going to waste all my money. I would, and have, recommended Computune to my friends and family, and they have all recieved the same satisfactory work. Pros: You're in an out really quick, they dont waste your time more

I TOOK MY TOYOTA AVALON TO SEVERAL SHOPS INCLUDING THE DEALER AND I WAS TOLD THEY WERE ALL UNSURE OF THE PROBLEM...AFTER A FRIEND REFERRED ME TO THIS SHOP I GAVE IT A TRY. AS SOON AS I WALKED IN THE EMPLOYEES WERE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFULL. THEY FOUND THE PROBLEM IMMEDIATLEY. MY CAR WAS REPAIRED IN UNDER 2 HOURS AND FOR LESS THAN 150.00! I took my car for repairs several times for the same problem. I was charged $1000+ for repairs and the problem still was not fixed. I paid with a charge card so I was able to stop payment. I then took my vehicle for a second opinion and this company supplied evidence (my original parts) that the work had never been done in the first place. Too bad I didn't research this company first, I could have saved myself 3 rental cars and time lost from work, not to mention the entire summer without air conditioning. more
