Excellent Care - Love Hugo and Hagen ~ Licks and Drool XOXOX 8/8/2011

Hugo and Hagen have been clients of Companion Animal Hospital for almost 2 years now, and they (my beloved Dogs) and I their owner, are quite pleased with this facility for numerous reasons. 1.) Exceptionally clean facility from entering, the exam rooms, restroom, kennels, etc (Above Standard). 2. The staff - i.e front office - the ladies in the front office are kind/considerate and knowledgeable. If, for some reason, an answer is not readily avaiable, they seek someone else to help. 3.) Doctor Dolan is a excellent Veternarian, period. He dosen't "candy coat" things, if you will, he is direct and to the point, within a compassionate tone and manner. My dogs are very dear to me and I feel SAFE with the level of care recieved here. I can not imagine these other posts providing negative remarks to be the least bit true and I am disturbed to read them. I recently moved and I will continue to make the drive to Dr. Dolan's office and support them fully as a truly caring group of individuals with vast expertise in the field. more

Not recommended! 8/21/2008

The vets in there are nice enough but the office staff leaves much to be desired. I was in the waiting room when one of the office staff (Deborah, I think) refused service to a young woman and her very sick puppy because of a payment issue. From what I overheard the payment had been made, just not in a timely manner. The office manager actually spoke very sternly (and quite loudly) to the young lady as she was crying and pleading for her dog to be seen. It was a very sad experience for me to watch and I'm not going to support an establishment with such a disregard for compassion. I wouldn't take my child to a doctors office that would do that and I'm sure not going to take my pets to one either. Cons: Horrible office staff more

Incredibly Kind 4/24/2008

I had a very ill cat who was dying of kidney failure. When it was time to help her out of her misery Dr. Dolan and his staff could not have been kinder. He answered all my questions, addressed my hesitations and explained everything thoroughly. They let me be with her and talk to her when it happened. They let me hold her for, what seemed like, forever in the back. They were caring and empathetic. They made a horrific moment in my life less horrific. I recommend them highly. more

Thank you 4/2/2008

Our kitty was cared for so well at this place!! We had her spayed here and she came back to us a little tired but obviously taken care of. The people were so nice and quick. They keep it very clean and it doesn't smell as bad as some vets do. They really love animals and show it!! more

continues to amaze me 1/4/2008

ON CHRISTMAS EVE they were open and it was just the most amazing gift that they could and would see my dog BENTLEY. He was in pain suffering from a hematoma. I was shocked his entire ear was swollen at least 4X the normal size and filled to it's entire ability with blood. It was only 30 min before dr sent me on my way with meds and a scheduled surgery. My dog spent the night in their care on the 26th and i brought him home on 27th. we are still recovering from this insane holiday,].THANKS COMPANION for taking care of my animals and all animals, I cannot believe how well he surgery went on his ear, research informed me my DOGS EAR probably be a cauliflower ear.. when they removed the wrap..Po TWO BIG EARS A STANDING!!!! our heroes!!!! i am currently linked to 8 animals who ALL LOVE DOLAN AND THE COMPANION TEAM OF AMAZING DOCTORS, family and staff!!!!\r just my thoughts for those who would benefit from this team of specialists....\r mom & bentley underwood more

Very Helpful Services 12/5/2005

When our regular veterinarian was not available and we were in need we took our old, sweet, ailing German Shepherd to Companion Animal Hospital. The staff could not have been kinder to us and our very ill dog, they were very helpful and gave us some good ideas on how to deal with her illness, she came around and did well for another 6 to 7 months thanks to their help. more
