The people in the emergency room were very rude, short and not helpful. My daughter is 16 months she had trouble breathing it took 30 mins to even get her vitals taken. And when she did they didn't even check her breathing. After her vitals were checked it took another 20 mins for us to get in a room. Also while we waited a lady came in and was bleeding from her nose. Had a a bowl full of blood and no one helped her at the door. Obviously they are not prepared, or equiped with enough people. That lady had to wait 20 mins before she was helped. Very unhappy and will not suggest anyone use this emergency room. St. Francis Is not far down the road.
