I ordered a floral arrangement to be delivered to a funeral service yesterday. The delivery was suppose to have been same day delivery. I called them to give them the funeral home and to make sure they recieved my order. I had been calling them since 10am yesterday and they do not answer the phone. I left a voice mail but no one has called me back. I called this morning and someone finally answered. I told her the order I placed yesterday was not delivered to the funeral service. She told me to hold on and placed me on hold. She finally picked up the phone and then she didn't say anything and just hung up on me! This was and will be the first and last time I ever order from COMMUNITY FLORIST again! They apparently don't care about their customers and their concerns! If the flowers do not get delivered today (the last day of the funeral service) I will be disputing the charges on my credit card and will be calling the better business buearu to report them and who ever else I can report them to. I agree with the previous person who commented this company is a scam and do not waste your money on them!
