I took my Jeep to them after I was involved in an accident with major front end axle problems.
I received a date that the repairs would be fixed and when the date came, it was nowhere near finished. I ended up calling my insurance company to get them actively working on the vehicle.
I finally received my Jeep 3 weeks after I took it in and there were several small things that they forgot to fix. One was the rear wipers (the motor had been damaged when I was hit by the other vehicle)-- they acted put out when I took it back. It took an additional couple of days to get that taken care of.
They did do the repairs, but it took quite awhile to get them done.
