Worst management company I have ever dealt with. Nobody in the company bothers to return your phone calls including Mr Johnson the owner. They provide absolutely nothing for the fees that are paid. And when you call to make a complaint you get a complete run around or they don't bother to call you back. Hard to believe a company can stay in business treating their customers like that. more

I have lived in Kenswick for more than thirty years and have been basically satisfied with Kenswick Homeowners Asscociation until David J. of Community Asset Management began managing for KHOA. He drives carelessly on his inspection tours of the neighborhood, treats homeowners with no respect and issues inappropriate and harassing deed restriction violation notices. When asked whom one can speak to if they are having problems with him, he has declared that he is in charge and answers to no one, ignoring the fact that he answers to KHOA and KHOA answers to the home owners. With David J aboard, CAM cannot properly serve KHOA and KHOA cannot serve the home owners. more

We recently fired CAM primarily because our manager, Cindi, walked out of our monthly meeting over something ridiculous. Since then, we have discovered numerous issues that they were not addressing and bringing to our attention. We were very close to being shut down by the state because they had not registered the corporation with the state since 2007. Anyone who is a director for an HOA, make sure your corporation is registered with the secretary of state. Also make sure your bank account information is current, including signers on the account. These are just a few things, but major problems that our new management company has discovered in the transition process. CAM has been resistant and sometimes antagonistic throughout this process. If Community Asset Management manages your association, beware! Don't let them pull the wool over your eyes! more

I have lived in ""Katy"" now for 7 years. I live in the 600 + home community that Ms. Katy lives in. I have been very satisfied with the service that I have received from them, including Laura. I have called her and asked for copies of deed restrictions, I got them emailed to me that afternoon, I have asked her questions regarding the budget, she has always answered them. STEP UP OR GET THE HELL ON! 3/16/2010

The company is the worst management company ever. I have lived in my subdivision for 3 years and we have never had an association meetings. Matter of fact there are some residents that have lived in this subdivision for 5 years and have reported we have never had a HOA meeting. Regardless of us not meetingey are steadily increasing our HOA fees due to other residents not paying there fees from the year prior and crime is increasing. It appears there has also been an influx in solicitations fromshady looking people. Can we get security added to the budget since he spend thousands of dollars on mulch and cutting grass????The management company reports per there lawyer they have the right to increase the fees. I thought you have to have a board in place to vote on that. We only have one person on the board. How can he make decisions for a community of 600+ houses. It sounds like there is something fishy going on. This company needs to be fired!!!! Laura is pathetic and has not idea of how to run a community. The only thing she knows how to do is to send letters but can't collect delinquent fees. WHAT A STELLAR REP WE HAVE. DOES ANY ONE KNOW OF A GOOD COMPANY? extremaly biased and offensive!! 3/10/2010

On the rare occasion that my pets manage to get out of the fence, you will see me walking up and down the street often in PJs in the wee hours of the night or early morning calling for them with leashes & flashlights. We have THREE neighbors in my immidiate block who have 2 Chiuahuas, a Dachshund and a Shar Pei and a Poodle mix whom are aloud to roam the neighborhood freely and with out supervision. I actually received TWO letters from the HOA informing me that I was in violation of the pet leash clause!! I was irate! At this time these FIVE DOGS still roam the streets on a daily basis with no repercussions to their owners! This has been going on for FIVE YEARS!! As a matter of fact, the owners of the Chiuahuas used to have THREE but one was hit by a car and killed and STILL they leave the other two outside!! I find this extremaly biased and offensive!! Pros: Air planes flying low over your home - Cons: extremaly biased and offensive HOA Violation letters!! more
