Commonwealth Oral did get me in to get the dental procedure done, but the insurance claim filing was a nightmare. The Commonwealth Oral doctor blames the Commonwealth Oral billing department and vice versa. Bottom line: The Commonwealth Oral billing department wants me to pay out of pocket the claims that should have been covered and paid under dental insurance, but for Commonwealth Oral's poor billing process. I can not recommend this dental group for this reason.
Advice: find a dental office that can follow through and bill the insurance company properly for its share of the cost of the dental work. It will save you headaches and money.
