Commonwealth Bank and Trust Co. is another great reputable local Louisville bank. The only problem that I have ever encountered with them is when I placed a reorder for deposit slips, the wrong ones came (the name and account info were all correct, just the format was different than I had asked for - no biggie.) When I brought this to their attention, the order was reissued, and the correct ones were sent. Yeah :) The tellers are all very wonderful and nice people, but again, with it being a local bank, there just are not enough locations.
