The guy says he is selling you comic books below Overstreet Value yet won't show you the rated value in the Overstreet Price Guide. After trying to work out a fair deal with that guy and couldn't come to a fair price I walked out. When I got into my car and pulled out the latest price guide from Overstreet and checked the price of the comics he tried to sell me. He was way over priced even for top conditioned comic books and the comic books he tried to sell me were in nowhere near perfect condition but were fair at best. The guy tried to rip me off and after talking with others that have visited that store they gave the same story. I have no doubt this guy and/or his close friends are writing bogus good reviews. Beware of this establishment. It's not worth getting ripped off.
