The staff was fantastic, and I was a high maintenance guest this time. I forgot my phone charger and the receptionist helped me find another one. I needed to print a document at the last minute and another receptionist helped me, even though it was morning and she was probably very busy. I asked for instructions on using the waffle iron and the breakfast attendant helped me with that too. I even locked myself out of my room and had to get a key, which was no problem. This hotel is a little farther from the city center (about 4 blocks) than the others, but it is also $50 cheaper. I did not mind walking the 4 blocks, even in the cold. It was a nice walk along the river. The room was clean and comfortable, I had everything I needed and dinner at the restaurant next door was fantastic.\r
