Disappointed Loyal Customer 9/5/2016

We recently replaced two air conditioning units at or home. We very much appreciate Comfort Air keeping both of the old units running for 20 years. The crew who came to install the new units were all very polite, friendly and professional. They worked very hard and clearly wanted to do everything correctly. They were able to get our main unit up and running the first day, which made our home comfortable the first night. The crews changed members from day to day but they were all professional and every one of them introduced themselves by name when 1st entering our home. Our concern and disappointment came on a weekend about 10 days following installation when our "top-of-the-line" main unit stopped working. Our house quickly became unbearably hot. Comfort Air did send a technician who arrived about midnight and stayed until 1:30 am checking things out. To our great concern, he could not find anything wrong and the unit started working on its own. Obviously our concern is that we spent a ton of $ on these units and the big one lasted 10 days before stopping. How do we know it won't stop again? more

Great Experience 9/5/2016

Comfort Air responded quickly. Determined the Compressor was under warranty and ordered a new one. Billy installed it the next day and the house was cooling that night. Customer service is excellent and I wasn't billed until the job was complete. I will recommend Comfort Air to my families and friends. more

Your technician was awesome. He checked the system from top to bottom then cleaned it. He explained a little about my system and was very knowledgable when fully answering my questions. more

Noise on a new compressor to me shouldn't be normal..but I'm not a technician. ..does a cover overheat a compressir..I know it is ordered. more

A Great Company! 8/20/2016

I would highly recommend Comfort Air. They are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and prompt. Their technicians are polite, friendly and know what they are doing. Luis recently did my AC maintenance, and he was excellent and represented skill and knowledge, and he has such a nice sense of humor. I have used Primo Plumbing and they are excellent, as well. I I would highly recommend Comfort Air and Primo Plumbing. more

great service 8/11/2016

needed some minor plumbing work done, but plumbing can turn into a major headache so called Comfort and they sent two techs over and they did the job quickly and had the parts they needed. Made appt. on web site prior to opening hours and they got back to me within 20 min of opening time..and were there that afternoon. more

Top Notch Services 8/9/2016

No matter which tech they send out, they all get the job done. If they need to come back or need to get another part, communication is always at the forefront in their agendas. I HIGHLY recommend Comfort Air to anyone having air conditioning and plumbing problems. more
