I lived there years ago and had nothing but good to say about them, but recently tried to move back in. Despite having a good solid clean credit report, I was refused for not being in my new job for a ful year. I offered to pay several months rent, but was told only a co-signer would do. I am 51 years old and have had good credit for years. I took two years off to take care of my mother until her death, and my payback is these people telling me I can't rent an apartment there, despite the fact that I have never missed a rent payment and only rarely been even a day late. I have no one who can co-sign, so I am forced to go elsewhere, which is a shame because I am a good quiet tenant who pays her bills. And they should know that, since I already lived there before. So my advice is that if you have no co-signer and there is any gap in employment or credit issues, save your application fee for more helpful, reasonable people.
Pros: Great locations,good apartments
Cons: Hard to get into
