Only Place for Movies Out of the Mainstream 8/18/2005

Rockford could use more indie-focused movie houses. Colonia Village Cinema is the only place in town to see anything beyond the blockbuser fare they push at all the othe cineplexes in town. A little shabby around the edges, it has the movies that I and my friends want to see. This is truly the one movie theatre in town we would be lost without. more

Colonial Village Cinema 6/30/2005

The people working there are nice and keep it mostly clean,but Ive found this to be a rather small theatre, size and value. this cinama is ok, they are not priced that high but there really isn't anything special about them to price what it is.. . They basically only show a like three diffrent movies at a time more
