I bought a new gmc truck from colonial gmc in watertown and the sales process was so easy as it always is at any of the colonial dealerships. When I'm in the market for a new vehicle I always go to Paul Rowe. I have bought many cars and trucks from him over the years and he has always treated me more than fair. My dad and I went over to colonial gmc back in april 2012 to look at a new gmc 1500 crewcab. They gave me what I wanted for my trade and gave me an incredible price on the new truck. The deal was so good that my dad ended up trading his truck in and bought a new truck also. That day I drove in with my old truck and drove out in my new one. They have great service after the sale. I would recommend everyone to buy from the colonial dealerships. Paul Rowe and Mike Foster make it so easy to buy a new vehicle. more

I am more than pleased with the service I received while in search of a new car from Colonial Buick GMC of Watertown. My salesperson, Brian Mahan, was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He listened to my needs and answered my questions fully and completely.He was very professional and friendly. All of this and NO Pressure! This was by far the most painless car deal I have ever been involved in. I will tell anyone who will listen that this is the place to go for a new vehicle. Brian Mahan was very helpful with my 1st time buying a car experience. No hassle or pressure and he answered every question i had! I drove out in the car I wanted and a price I was happy with. He answered all my questions, took me on a test drive, and made the "buying a car" experience very easy for me. Great, fair priced Place, good sales rep 7/12/2011

we recently went and looked at a 2009 Buick Lucerne Super at Colonial and ended up buying it right there. The price was fair, the sales rep Brian Mahan was wonderful and very helpful. It went very quick. We actually went an hour before the place even opened just to look at the car we had no intention on buying it right now and Brian was there early and let us take it for a test drive and a few hours later after they cleaned it up and all the paperwork and plates were done we dove it home. I would recommend this dealership to friends they are very helpful and not pushy. more
