I had a very positive experience at Colonia Nissan. I just leased my second Rogue from them. Everyone that I dealt with was great. From the sales person to the finance department to the sales operations manager. All of this happened on a Saturday, which is their busiest day. I walked in, took a test drive and drove away in a new car in just over 2 hours. more

I have to disagree with Bob M. We currently have 3 cars in our household, and all of them came from Colonial Nissan. I am not an employee, or associated with the company in any way. I have recommended them to several friends over the years, and have yet to hear a negative response. Hard to believe Bob M.'s review, but I guess even Colonial can't please everybody. more

THE FIVE-STAR REVIEWS FOR COLONIAL NISSAN POSTED AT MAJOR WEBSITES ARE 100% FAKE! All of these BOGUS REVIEWS give the same faux praise and have similar grammatical patterns, suggesting that one person (the owner?) wrote them. COLONIAL NISSAN IS SO CROOKED THAT IT EVEN HAS ITS OWN PAGE ON RIPOFF REPORT'S WEBSITE! OUR CONSUMER-PROTECTION CHAT ROOM IS ABLAZE WITH STORIES ABOUT COLONIAL NISSAN'S QUESTIONABLE BUSINESS PRACTICES. NOTE THAT THE EARLIEST REVIEWS AT GOOGLE AND OTHER MAJOR WEBSITES TRASHED COLONIAL NISSAN, BUT SUBSEQUENT PHONY REVIEWS PRAISE THEM. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE LYING CROOKS! I HAVE HAD PERSONAL EXPERIENCES WITH THEM. LUCKILY, I SAW THROUGH THEIR DECEPTIONS AND BOUGHT ELSEWHERE. I AM A VETERAN CAR BUYER, SO I KNOW WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT! PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE EVIL THIEVES!!! NOTE THAT AT MOST WEBSITES, COLONIAL'S BOGUS POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE GETTING ""NO'"" VOTES, YET THE GENUINE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE RECEIVING ""YES"" VOTES! THAT PROVES THAT MY CONTENTIONS ARE VALID, SINCE YOU CAN ONLY VOTE ONCE FROM EACH COMPUTER! more

My significant other was badly in need of a car. She had a 12 year old Saturn that she loved but it was just costing too much money for repairs. I did a little research of Nissan Dealerships in the Philadelphia area to make sure I was going to a reputable place that wasn't going to give me the typical shady sales. I found good reviews for Colonial Nissan. I also have a friend who has purchased his cars there for years and he highly recommended them.\r \r As we arrived and Sergey Panchenko greeted us immediately. He was very polite and catered to our interests. We were interested in the 2013 Altima. We did a test drive and were very impressed. We decided to look at financing options and Colonial was great. They gave us a good deal with a great maintenance contract. They gave us good trade in value for the Saturn. Alex and John in the financing department were a pleasure to deal with and Serge Bren made sure that we knew the most pertinent features of the car right before we drove away. All in all if you are looking for a great car buying experience, I would recommend Colonial Nissan to anyone. more

I couldn't be happier with our purchase at Colonial Nissan!! Our salesman was very informative of the Nissan and I felt confident with making our purchase. We traded our old car at a fair price and we were able to make a great deal for the new one. They had the car that we wanted with all the extras we needed and were able to drive off with our new Pathfinder!! more

WARNING! COLONIAL NISSAN HAS RESUMED POSTING BOGUS REVIEWS FOR ITSELF ALL OVER THE INTERNET. MANY WEBSITES NOW DELETE GENUINE NEGATIVE REVIEWS YET KEEP FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS. THANK GOD THAT CITYSEARCH IS AN EXCEPTION. COLONIAL NISSAN CHEATS ITS CUSTOMERS BY GROSSLY OVERCHARGING THEM. COLONIAL NISSAN USES EVERY DECEPTIVE SALES TACTIC IN THE BOOK, SUCH AS FALSE ADVERTISING AND BAIT AND SWITCH. READ THE DOZENS OF AUTHENTIC NEGATIVE REVIEWS FOR COLONIAL NISSAN WHICH ARE BURIED AMIDST THE HUNDREDS OF FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS FOR THEM. I WAS CHEATED OUT OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS BY COLONIAL NISSAN. DO NOT BE THEIR NEXT VICTIM! more

I am very satisfied with my recent lease experience at Colonial Nissan. From beginning to end they made me feel comfortable and made the process as easy as possible for me. After much research, I went in there knowing what I wanted to pay and they were able to make me a deal for less than that. Both Chris and Jeff were fantastic dealing with me. I knew what I wanted and I got everything that I asked for. Before I drove off the lot they made sure that I knew how everything in the car worked and set up the blutooth for me. Chris followed up with me a few days later to make sure that I was happy with my new 2013 Altima Coupe and has been there to answer any question that I had about the car since. I was referred to Colonial by a friend of mine and I would definitely recommend Colonial Nissan to others! I suggest that you ask for Chris Salmon.\r more

I am highly suspicious of the good reviews, which seem more like advertisements. There were no good reviews at all for nine months, then three mysteriously appeared within a few days of each other. I have tried Colonial Nissan. They are a HORRIBLE company. Colonial will say and do anything to lure you into their store, only to use sleazy, high-pressure sales tactics to high pressure you into buying their overpriced products. Read the negative reviews posted below from real consumers. Please do NOT fall for Colonial's marketing scams! more

Our experience was fabulous. This is the first time we purchased a Nissan. The employees were extremely friendly and willing to help us meet our financial goal. We will diffidently be purchasing another Nissan from this dealership in the near future. more

A tip...keep up the good work. I was lucky, cause I had my dad with me, but we went to several different Nissan places and Colonial Nissan by far had the most normal staff. They did not smell, act wierd, or have missing teeth, you would think I am joking, but we seriously met some gross people at other places. Great people if you ask me. Thanks for helping me get such a good deal and it not taking forever LOL more

I only leave bad reviews when I think it is well-deserved, and in this case I feel it is. Behind the fake smiles on the billboard on 95 are two undeserved Nissan Dealer owners, who not only leave fake customer reviews for themselves, but try to ruin the reviews of their competitors who work hard for a living to keep their business honest and their customers satisfied. Guys, it's time for you to go. more

WHAT AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE! I was looking for a specific car in which they told me they had instock at 3:00 pm. I made an appointment at 4:00 pm that same day. When I arrived, I was escorted to a desk and was asked this first question, ""Will you be financing?"" I immediately knew that I would not get a competitive rate if I was to finance. Then they immediately proceeded to tell me that the car I came in for was sold and delivered. Within 60 minutes? Really? The paperwork takes that long! The manager went into hiding as he saw me getting ready to leave. I waited him out to tell him that they are scam artists to get people in. He told me he would check again. He then proceeded to tell me that I asked for the wrong thing. Really? I am pretty good at colors and I know the difference between beige and black! After I left I received a phone call from someone else who gave me yet another excuse which was the owner took that car. Really? I never met an owner of a dealership who did not want one of the better cars on the lot OR would not sell it to a customer. The lies are so great at Colonial Nissan that even they can't keep them straight! These people just know how to waste your time and raise your blood pressure! the best 2 words to describe this dealership is ""THEY SUCK!"" more

DO NOT GO HERE IT IS AWFUL... save yourself money and time and go somewhere else. these guys are cheats, there are reviews all over the internet about their shady techniques... i went there to look at a car that i found online and they put numbers in the fine print that don't allow you any negotiation room. the markups on the USED cars on the lot were rediculous... they jerked me around for about 6 hours and then wouldn't meet me on any of the things i requested... average used car interest rates in the country right now are on the high side around 4.5%, these guys claim to be ""very competitive"" however they quoted us 10% then wouldn't look up the rates through Wells Fargo which we ASKED them to do... I wasted so much time... seriously just go somewhere else... I WILL NEVER go here EVER AGAIN more

Happy Customer 5/19/2012

I had been trying to buy a used car for months and I did lots of shopping around. I went to several dealers, I went to their websites and I also asked friends and family for advice. I really took my time and looked at all my options. I was most interested in a Nissan Armada so I kept coming back to the Nissan dealers. That's when I bumped into Colonial Nissan. I met Steve from my online requests, then my salesperson Gary who was terrific. I must say it was an easy decision to go with Colonial NIssan. The vehicle that I found online, was in stock, and listed for the same price as online. Once I started working with Gary it was a breeeze and he surely knew everything about Nissan's. The staff was terrific and I was so happy to get a great price and have my search come to an end. The managers were very friendly and the finance part of everything went smooth. I really felt like my time was appreciated and I was respected. I guess that, along with a good price, was all I needed to make the purchase. more

LMAO!! 5/7/2012

Looks like Colonial Nissan is having a rough 2012! I bought a used vehicle from them in 2011. The day after I bought it, I noticed a few issues. The vehicle was making noises so I took it back and they said they couldn't find anything wrong. 2 Weeks later, the oil light kept coming on. So, once again, I took it back. This time, it needed a new engine. I also had them check the noise again at that time....and again...they couldn't find anything wrong. Fast forward to now....I just had it inspected and at that time, I had the noise checked that it had been making for a year. I was told that it needed some axle work and that it would cost $1000!! WTF??? LOL! So...It's back at Nissan now. I was reading all these reviews b/c I'm not sure how well this is gonna turn out. Technically, they should fix whatever is wrong, being as I had returned the vehicle to them at least twice for this very problem. Will update soon :) more

Jason Friedman is an A-HOLE! 4/14/2012

I went to Colonial Nissan a couple months ago and had the worst car-shopping experience of my life. long story short...some number weren't working out so Jason Freidman came over to ""solve the problem""...i ultimately told him it wasn't gonna work for me and he responded by telling me to ""get the f@ck outta here""...im not kidding. i started laughung and left. the only reason im writing this is because i see those terrible commercials they have wanted to warn people that this guy is a clown...but im sure you could tell that from their billboards (nothing says trust like 2 car salesmen doing ""finger guns"" at you on 95 south"" (facepalm) avoid these morons like the plague. more

HORRIBLE, RUN AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP 3/1/2012

i purchased a new car from colonial nissan. had it back to the shop numerous times for same problem. went to jason freedman, manager. he said what do you want me to do about it? i told him i need the problem fixed. he told me he had no time for me and for me to call nissan corporate. i told him i bought from his dealership, he said and??? i called nissan corporate, they told me to go to faulkner nissan who solved the problem the first time i brought to them. jason freedman has the sell and screw them later attitude if they have a problem. i will never go there again. i heard many of the same complaints from customers while i waited in the repair shop. look at their bad reviews . i honestly can testify to the fact that 95% of the people i have spoken too about colonial nissan said they would never return. look at the consumer forums about colonial nissan. RUN, AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM COLONIAL NISSAN AND JASON FREEDMAN. more

DON'T GO 11/18/2011

I recently went to Colonial Nissan to buy a used car. The sales staff are rude, and very condacending. The music in the dealership was so loud and annoying. I waitied while they took care of the 2 men who where buying a more expensive car. My family hs gone in there ready to buy a new vehicle with cash-- and have left because they are so rude. Needless to say I bought a vehicle from them , recently inspected, It had to be junked 2 months later. Would never recommend them to anyone . Also very uncomfortable the way they spoke with their own employees, terrible !!! more
