Collins, Paul S, Md - Dermatologic Plastic Surgery

I had used this Dr. in the past, when I had skin cancer removed. I was subsequently referred to him again by my primary care physician 2 years later for a check up. He was so rude to me, I couldn't believe it! He was very angry (at me) and asked why was I there to see him? He stated he ""didn't do mole checks"" anymore and didn't have time for that! That was after I was already in a gown and was instructed not to sit on the patient table to crinkle the paper. I was astonished and humiliated! He then said ""oh well, your here, so I may as well do it""... imagine the humiliation! I will never go back there again and am very quick to tell of this horrible experience! I hope he retires soon, so no other patient will ever be humiliated the way I was. more

Dr Collins is specializing in skin cancer surgery and cosmetic surgery. He speaks frankly and to the point. Pros: Doctor does not push expensive machines (lazars, ultraviolet) Cons: Not enough parking more

I have experienced such bad costomer services from this dermatology office. I have NEVER heard of a Doctor's office telling a costomer that they ""don't have time to help them out""!?! I was asking the receptionist questions about her company and she was unsure. Then she said she had to tend to a doctor, left me high and dry, and told me she did not have time to deal with me!!!! What kind of costomer service is that?!?! To tell someone THEY DO NOT HAVE TIME FOR A CLIENT!?!?! I will never go to this dermatology nor give them my time again!!! I would NOT recommend this dermatology office to anyone, since they might not have time for you!! more
