I dropped of my clothes to be cleaned and so I could have them ready to a dinner party the next evening. I asked them would they be ready by 5? They said by 2. At 2 the next day I showed up and they told me they were behind and to come back at 3. That was fine. I understand things happen. At 4 I came back and they brought me less than half of my items and told me I would have to wait on the rest until the next day because they had not gotten them done. I was livid. They could have told me that the first time I came or even called me. So now I am an hour and a half until my dinner party with nothing to wear. I told the girl behind the counter that I would only pay for what was done, and she told me I couldnt. Plus they tried to hide the hole they put in my boyfs sweater and when I showed her she told me it was already there. I accepted that, even though I knew she was lying. Heres the thing- They did not finish my clothes until 2 days later and she did not call me, offer me a discount for my inconvience or even apologize. Her attitude was, " Pay me anyway I dont care" And the other incompetent counter person was just as bad. And they arent cheap. With Poor Customer Service like this, how do they stay in business? The store has a convenient location and is clean, but in my only experience there they dry cleaned what I asked to be washed and charged me the higher price. I brought in laundry to wash by the pound and they dry cleaned and ironed each piece, including cheap t-shirts and items saying 'do not dry clean'. I finally had to pay an exorbitant amount to get my clothes back. If you want a few pieces dry cleaned, you're probably fine, but with all the cleaners in the village, I recommend choosing another who doesn't charge customers for mistakes the company makes.
