He was Great and didn't Pressure me 3/31/2011

My Sister Rides The Spyder ,and wanted me to get a bike to ride with her. I use to ride. Walked into the show room and got the Itch . Thanks to Clayton ,who assisted me with the purchase of my bike. He was Great and didn't Pressure me . He was Knowledgeable and efficient . He helped with the sale ,registration and insurance .Big man and the whole staff made it a Great experience . Best experiance 3/30/2011

of course I waited too long to comment so I can't remember the service manager's name at the falls church location but WOW! I had an oil leak in a brand new can am DS 70 atv so I called. I wasn't too upset about the oil leak, it's a macine after all, but really did want it repaired as quickly as possibly so we could get back to riding....after all we had only had it for about 4 weeks. I'm not saying they moved me to the front of the line, but everyone in the falls church shop went out of their way to get my daughter's atv in and checked out. The repairs were a little more time consuming than I had hoped, they had to order a part, but it was back in a week, right on time and the repair was above and beyond (warranty work) to ensure the problem was addressed correctly the first time. Professional, courteous and genuinely concerned about customer service and representing in my case the can am brand. My best ATV service experience ever. more

Very positive experience 3/18/2011

Very positive experience from ""just looking"" phase to actual purchase (2004 Yamaha FZ1)at the Falls Church store. Salesperson Ben was very friendly and knowledgeable. Salesperson and management spent plenty of time showing the bikes and answering questions. The accessories salesperson was also very helpful and patient to answer my questions and make sure I got a good-fitting helmet. Overall it was a positive experience and I feel as though I made a good purchase. I would definetly recommend Coleman Power Sports to others, just as a family member recommended them to me. more

Ive been in the automotive trade at the dealership level, so I feel like I've got a good idea how this business works. The Sales staff (Barry) was professional, without being ALL BUSINESS. Barry listened to my story, and advised me on the purchase of a used Honda. They had two in the showroom, and I was leaning towards the slightly more expensive Shadow, with higher mileage. Barry went over the pros and cons of the 2 and advisewd me to spend a little less, and get the other Shadow, because for me, it was a better fit. At no time did I feel like I was being pressured by a salesman. It was more like being advised by a friend. I purchased the bike, and couldn't be happier. As for the service department, that kind of remains to be seen. However, I called to make an appointment and had the pleasure of speaking to the service manager Kelly. After getting the information on the bike, she was completely honest with me, and advised that I drive another 1000 miles befor bringing it in for its next service. She could have tried to sell me all sorts of services, but she was honest. Just based on that, I'll bring my bike there for it's work. Good to find a dealer that makes you feel like someone cares about you. I'm toying with upgrading, and you know what? Coleman has my business. Now, how much can I get that Stateline for? more

Service department gods! 3/9/2011

I would like to take a moment to let you know that those in your service department are GODS! I recently brought in my (Coleman purchased) bike for routine service and several housekeeping items, all of which were done to the usual level of perfection. One unexpected item involved the sheering of a gas tank holding bolt. Now, this particular make/model has always suffered a ?buzzing? tank, so much that Honda has inserted a rubber spacer between tank and frame as a factory part. Your crews? solution to the sheering fixed not only the bolt, but brought the tank to mate with the frame so well that even Honda?s rubber spacer is no longer needed!! A tight tank AND No Buzzing!! Someone needs to tell Honda. I would be remiss if I did not mention that your service manager, Heath McKee, has always been remarkable. He is adept at managing people and issues on both sides of the counter and his mechanical prowess is matched only by his sense of fairness. Wonderful purchasing experience 2/8/2011

I just wanted to thank you and the folks at Coleman Powersports ? Falls Church for making my purchase a wonderful experience. I had been in numerous times and spoke with ""T"" regarding purchasing a motorcycle. At first, I was interested in the Yamaha R6, then the Suzuki GSXR 600, then the Honda CBR1000, then the Honda RC51, then the Sukuki GSXR 1000. And through it all ""T"" was very helpful and always very professional in his communications with me, especially when I called and told him that a different dealer was offering to sell the RC51 for $10.4K. In the end, I decided on the CBR1000RR and could not be happier with my decision to purchase this bike. I am also thankful for the time and patience ""T"" exhibited through the entire ordeal more

Boy am I impressed! I cannot remember the last time that I was treated so well by any business (in or out of the motorcycle industry). From the moment that I arrived at Coleman Powersports this afternoon to the moment that I left, I was treated like royalty. The service that I received not only was courteous and professional, but actually had a human face on it.Customer concerns are an issue that every business must deal with. But it is how each business deals with those concerns that separates the good businesses from the bad. Your approach is the standard by which others may be judged.When I alerted you to my concern, I anticipated that I either would be ignored or would be faced with a lengthy barrage of excuses and delays. My son, daughter and I were in the market for helmets, and leather coats this past weekend. We were assisted by Melissa. She was awesome. She was knowledgeable, helpful and had a ton of patience. Because of her assistance we were able to get the helments and coats we wanted (and therefore spent a lot more money at you store). She is an asset to your organization. Well done Melissa. Very supportive 1/14/2011

I want to thanks Heath, from service at Falls Church store, for his outstanding support last summer. I`ve been living overseas for over one year now, and I have to spent the entire summer in VA. Having a busy schedule and wanting take the advantage of my days off to ride my Bandit, Heath was very supportive and serviced my bike as fast as possible, more than twice!! Thanks to Heath, my short staying in VA was very pleasant, while away from my family, I had the bike ready to enjoy the beautiful roads of VA. Thank You again more

Super friendly and motivated 1/12/2011

My overall experience with Coleman Powersports (Falls Church) was and is still magnificent. Mitch Mills and Bernard Wilson are simply THE BEST! Both of these associates have welcomed me each time I have visited this location. Super friendly, motivated and experienced about their specialty. Full of advice and having a sincere desire to help the customer find what they are looking for instead of selling them something they don't need. My wife and I have really been taken back by the level of Fanatical Customer Service these two associates display each and everytime we have an encounter. Mitch Mills rises above the standards everytime we see each other. A friendly smile, ""Good morning, or afternoon, good to see you, what can I help you with today?"" This guy to GOOD, really GOOD! A true asset. Bernard Wilson was our first encounter. My wife and I came to Coleman Powersport looking for a new bike. We must have spent close to an hour with Bernard on our first visit. This guy is an encyclopedia of knowledge. Not one time did he pressure us or ask us about money or financing. He was ver patient with us, gave some awesome recomendations (because I am a new rider) answered all of our questions and treated us like people he has known all his life. I can't get over how great our experience was and continues to be here. Thanks so much for spending the time training your associates to interact with your customers the way you do. I have truly been spoiled with this level of service. I won't buy from any other place, and I won't take my bike to any other service dept, because of these two outstanding associates. I went to the Falls Church coleman power-sports to get the YZ250F that I have serviced. I was very confident that I was leaving the best bike in the world with people that knew what they were doing. Extremely knowledgeable 1/4/2011

I went into the Falls Church location with no intention of buying anything. I talked to Bernard Wilson who was incredably helpful. He showed me a bike and told me what the asking price was. When I told him what I could spend he offered to take that to the sales manager. To my surprise, they said yes. I got the bike of my dreams for so much less than I thought I could. The whole staff was so helpful from Bernard in sales to Eric in service who did the walk around. Donnie in accessories was extremely knowledgable and got me into gear that I have confidence in. I cannot reccomend these guys strongly enough. They make dreams come true!! more

Good selection 12/27/2010

This is the only place in the northern VA area that I've found with a decent selection of motorcycle gear. I found a rain suit that I needed and some other gear too. ?They do sell Sidi boots. ?They have all types of jackets and suits, including dual sport. ?They have some bags to choose from also. they had a pretty good amount of bikes to choose from. ?I saw the new KLR650 right in the front window, so I was happy to see that. ?They have Kawis and Ducs here. ?Not sure of the other brands. more
