So for a long time now I've been wanting to change my style, I walk past this place everyday and finally decided to try it out. From the minute I walked I was treated in a friendly manner and everyone I spoke with was very helpful. \r \r The place is beautiful and very pleasant to sit in, through sheer luck my stylist was Angelika. I've had a lot of hairstylists through the years and she definitely stands out. \r \r She sat down with me while we discussed my needs and really took the time to understand what I wanted and what my hair needed. So when it came time to cut and dye I was confident in her abilities.... Boy am I happy with the results and her performance. \r \r Great first time experience and will definitely be back! Keep up the good work. more

Natalie, Natalie, Natalie, is the best hairstylist I ever had. My short, short haircut is a ""head turner"". I constantly get compliments on it. She is also the greatest in hair colour. Very talented and so very friendly. The salon has a terrific atmosphere an it is in a great/easy to find location in Coconut Grove. TRY NATALIE!!!!!! more

I can't imagine anyone complaining about Angelika. She is one of the best stylists I have ever had and that includes my stylists in New York, Dallas and L.A. She is thoughtful in her approach to her clients and really listens to them. She helped me in a transition from long, color-treated hair, to a sassy, short salt/pepper look. She is highly talented and methodical. She is my hero! more

ANGELIKA, hairdresser, ruined my hair. Seriously, Angelika is one of the worst hairdressers I have ever been to. By the reviews on this site, you would think she's a good hairdresser. She was overaggressive in cutting. What she did is cut all my hair off. The haircut looks NOTHING like what we discussed or the picture of the haircut I was going for. It looks like a bad haircut from the '80s. I feel totally betrayed from what was discussed and agreed upon and what I ended up with. She cut the top of my hair way too short -- we AGREED it was to be left long. She knew I took the time to grow it out for this haircut. Instead, being overzealous, she cut too much. It looks terrible and a nightmare to style. It was not thinned out properly either. My advice to anyone: I would stay clear away from this hairdresser. My hair has never looked this bad. more

Angelika's The Best 5/19/2011

If you are looking for a precision haircut that looks good from the time it is done to the next haircut. Angelika is the person to do it. She is actually trained the old school way of Vidal Sassoon. If you make it through their training and work in theis salons it means you are good. You will get the best consistently. more

I have found the Stylist's, Stylist 5/13/2011

and I will follow Angelika wherever I have to go. So I followed her to Coiffure & Nature. What a treat! They have brought the outside in with large walls of glass, river rock nestled at each station and a view of trees among other delights. The service is wonderful. The warmth of the people makes coming for the world's greatest haircut a treat! This picture doesn't do the place justice.\r \r I know I'm crazy to call more attention to Angelika and her other clients would probably choke me if they knew I was doing this. But I have a hidden agenda; I want Angelika to be so happy at Coiffure & Nature that she will never leave. \r \r Here's my haircut day. Get a percision cut by Angelika. (She trained at Vidal Sasoon) enjoy Coiffure & Nature, walk a few doors down Commodore Plz and visit Fashionista (a high end second chance shop) have lunch at Georges or any number of places in the Grove. Then take a stroll through the Gove. Not bad, huh!? \r \r more

Best WAXING EVER!!! 2/21/2011

I've been following Erika for the longest (religiously!)... she's very professional, knows her s@$% and always makes sure I come out hairless as a Barbie! Not to mention as painless as possible... (I've had bad bikini waxes in the past, OUCH). I would recommend Erika where ever she goes and if she works for Coiffure and Nature the must be as great as her! more

I have been extremely pleased with this beautiful new salon in the grove. It is such a pleasant enviroment. I love my stylist Rocio. She is the best!!! She gives me a great haircut and amazing color. You can tell with Rocio her clients always come first. She is always up to date with latest techniques and styles. Try her you wont be dissapointed!!!!!! more

Miracle Worker 12/30/2010

I was referred to Natalie in the midst of a panic attack after my hair was literally destroyed. I walked in with burnt, orange/yellow ashy hair with an uneven cut. This woman is a miracle worker. In one visit she corrected the base color, hightlights, and gave me a great haircut while managing to remove the burnt parts of my hair. I was thrilled The manicurist is also great which is a bonus because you can get everything done in one place. The salon is pleasant, airy and light and the customer service is excellent. They even offer you champagne... more

Great Place! 12/10/2010

Erica is amazing. I started waxing with her over a year ago, and when she moved to this salon I followed her. She makes waxing a relaxing (well as relaxing as having hair pulled out can be) and enjoyable experience. She had me laughing within minutes on my first visit, and I've been laughing ever since. She cares so much about my eyebrows, it astounds me and after 16 months of seeing her, I have never looked better. With laughter and Champagne to ease the sting I'd recommend anyone go.\r \r On an entirely different topic, well not really because it is still hair. Alex is a genius. My regular stylist travels alot and she wasn't available, but I had to have a haircut. So, I went to Alex and was amazed. The time he took shaping my hair and his attention to detail were phenomenal. I left with a fantastic chic cut and have gotten soo many compliments on it. It definitely made Thanksgiving better knowing that I looked like a million bucks thanks to Erica and Alex. \r \r Go to Coiffure & Nature! You won't be sorry. more

Erica Rocks!! 11/10/2010

I'm relatively new to the waxing game but Erica has made all of my experiences a blast....yes, even though I'm having hair ripped out of my body, Erica manages to make it fun. I followed her from her previous location and really dig the new setup at Coiffure & Nature. Erica looks after you, keeps the champagne flowing and keeps you laughing so you (almost) don't notice when she rips out your hair...almost. :) Whether you're new to waxing or a seasoned pro, I'd HIGHLY recommend Erica and Coiffure & Nature. more

Must Visit 10/26/2010

I just discovered Coiffure & Nature because my stylist, Angelika, recently started there. I had a very nice experience and definitely recommend to men and women. The modern salon interior is a great space and the chairs are really comfortable (almost wanted to take a nap). Parking is available which is also very nice. Looking forward to my next visit! more

Coiffure & Nature Blew Me Away :) I recently moved to Miami and of course desperate to find a stylist / manicurist. Yesterday as I was shmying around and I stumble upon this salon. The pictures online do not do it justice, it is Stunning inside. The color and texture of the paint on the walls, the funky furniture, the Audrey Hepburn painting, and the green balls (what are they + what do they do) Wait til you meet the people who work there... Natalie, Angelica+ Gilles entertained me immensely. Lots of Love Laughter + Champagne. Natalie, an Amazing stylist, cut + colored my hair. I have short hair and she chopped + textured it into a piece of art work. My boyfriend is an artist and he is overwhelmed by the detail of what she did. The color is all natural, no chemical, my first time and I love it. The color is great but the shine and feel is incredible, like velvet. I have never Enjoyed myself so much at a salon. Great salon experience 10/22/2010

I followed my stylist, Angelika, to her new salon and was very pleased after my first visit today. Coiffure & Nature is in a great location in Coconut Grove with free parking across the street. The salon is airy, beautiful and super clean. I like that they are a non-chemical environment. Angelika is fantastic--really listens to her clients and helps them achieve the look they are seeking. I also like that I can combine my salon visit with shopping and lunching in the Grove. more

Great syltist in a great shop 10/20/2010

To sum it up, this is a great salon in an easy spot in the Grove. Specifically, I recommend Natalie -- a wonderful stylist with great skills and artistry. The shop itself is cool and comfortable. The location is very convenient, at the northern end of Commodore Plaza across from the Grove Post Office. There is free parking in front of the shop and also in the lot across the street. The interior is stylish and filled with natural light and the best-looking, most comfortable furniture a salon ever had. So it's a nice place to be, convenient to get to and Natalie is superb at her art. You'll find everything you'd want from a stylist and a salon. more
