Been very sick and to be honest, I don't have much time or money to go to the doctors. Payday was today so I called to make an appointment during my lunch and phone rang busy...Tried again around 2:30 same thing. Somone finally answered at 3:20 and said ""You're calling after 3pm on a Friday, we're closed on Saturday, so NO you can't be seen!"" She didn't even give me a chance to explain what was wrong! I called my old MD who is a 2hr drive, told him my symptoms and he said get to an ER ASAP! I HATE this office. I only go here because of it's location. I never see anyone under 70 in the waiting room, if you have to use the restroom you have to compete with lab patients who move at a snails pace, office staff at check out basically ignores you. One of the nurses even disclosed HIPAA to me in the elevator about one of my co-workers! The doctors are good--BUT for the B.S you have to deal with to see one--JUST NOT WORTH IT. more

They had me wait for 40 minutes. When I asked how much longer it would take they said I was next (no apologies or reasons given for the long wait). I waited another 10 minutes and told the receptionist I had to go. Well of course she was just going to put me in the examination room at that ""very moment"". I left anyway knowing that I would still wait except in the examination room. How stupid do they think people are? I wouldn't bother doing business with them unless it was an emergency or the last choice you had for a doctor.
