Best

If you are a classic aristocrat, or just wish you were, the Hattery in Georgetown will cater to your needs. They really know their hats here! How to fit them, how to restore them ...

Worst

horrible service!! 6/4/2009

Bought one hat for over 200 dollars, supposedly it was the best quality I could ever get, turned out that exact same hat was sold online and in other stores for less than 100 dollars. Not only Was I ripped off, but the friend of mine who ordered and paid for another hat never got the hat, and never got the refund. He grew too tired of dealing with the store so he just left his money. I am certain that I will never return to that rip-off store! more

I told him I'd think about it, and did a little research that evening. The hat was a Selentino Galaxy. By all accounts, a good hat. Also not beaver. Also retails f more

Aristocratic wares 8/15/2005

If you are a classic aristocrat, or just wish you were, the Hattery in Georgetown will cater to your needs. They really know their hats here! How to fit them, how to restore them when they are old and damaged. Many of Georgetown's elite shop here. Of course, many fewer folks wear hats nowadays than used to, but DC still has a place for the old fashioned lady or gent. more
