Clubhouse Diner experience 9/8/2009

My family and friends are frequent visitors to the Club House Diner and find the food is fresh and plentiful. The prices are great when compared to other dining places. Our comment often is how can one person eat so much food. The salad bar in itself is like having dinner before dinner arrives. We find the waitress's are friendly and accommodating. If there is a problem they are more than happy to fix it. Price and quality cannot be compared to other eaterys... they are the best. more

Not what it was years ago 1/5/2009

I have not been there in some time, but let me tell you the meal we had was not good at all, there was so much oil in the stirfry it was gross to look at, and what has happen to the famous salad bar, it sucked everything on there was boring and not fresh, we will NOT go back there again more

Pretty good for a diner 2/1/2006

The Clubhouse Diner is a well-kept place where the food is a little above average. I went to a function here once in their private room, however, that was a nightmare. Instead of arranging food ahead of time, they took the individual orders of 75 people! I don't think they are equipped for large gatherings, but for a family meal, they do fine. more

Good food, good prices 8/25/2005

A classic diner with a large salad bar and a long line at times, this is a casual place for good food. Particularly outstanding at the salad bar is the cinnimon buns - delightful at any time of the day! The rice pudding is an absolute must. The diner also offers a small but tasty bakery for take out items as well. The neon lights outside are a little much, but it's good food at good prices. On weekends and at peak senior citizen hours, there can be a long line, but it is a HUGE place and the line usually moves fairly quickly. more

good portions at a fair price 8/3/2005

The club house has your usual diner atmosphere. It does have a decent sized salald bar which recently got added so it comes with every entree. right away this means that you can fill up on the salald and soup that come with your meal and take the rest home. The quality of the food it home cooking, with a greek flair as shown by some of the items on the salad bar and the nightly specials. a good deal for your money and you defiantely won't go home hungry more
