Honest & fair 11/30/2011

Have used Clover for over 25 years. His pricing is fair and his work is excellent. Have owned numerous forwign vehicles over that period of time and have had small & large jobs done. On one of my cars 95' 4Runner I kept in for 13 years during which I put on 300,000 miles. At one point the 4 wheel drive was no longer operational and Clover rebuilt it and suggested the option of using manual locks which saved me money. For simple things like oil changes I make an appointment for earlymorning and I'm in and out quickly. The only negative is he is not open on Saturday. more

Knowledgeable Mechanic, but NON-TRUSTWORTHY 3/13/2008

Performed a number of big jobs on my VW (timing belt w/valve repair & exhaust rebuild) with good results, though his part expenses were high (internal mark-up). Gave him (Bob) a small work order on my door (window regulator/door latch replacement), which was going well until his guy broke my door handle. He flat out refused to take responsibility for breaking it and blamed me for it! Needless to say, I will not be returning for future repairs (his loss).
