Cloud Heating and Air does both new installations and repair. We have an electric heat pump. We have had repair done on it from Cloud about ten years ago. When the heat pump went out several years ago during a hop spell they came out quickly and presented several options. We bought our new heat pump form them and have not had any problems with it.
