Terrible service and unreliable. Ordered flowers, they were never delivered. When I called to complain, I was told it was a problem with 1-800-Flowers, due to a misconnection, and it was NOT the shop's problem so I need to take it up with the third party. This statement was proved to be entirely untrue, considering the shop not only called me the day before to confirm but also CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD DIRECTLY. I did not receive a call from a third party, nor did a third party charge my card. They owner clearly lied and is now refusing to do anything about the issue, stating it is "not his problem". DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST. I am currently filing a complaint with the better business bureau.
