Clenet Cleaners

I have been going to this place for years. They changed the owner some time in 2008. They ruined my wife dress and admit that they ruined it but the owner, Dale, and manager, LIz, do not want to pay for the dress and ask me to go to store where I bought the dress from. Stay away from this place. Cons: Ruined the dress and never paid for. Irresponsible! more

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!!! I've been coming to this dry cleaners for years and they've never lost any garmets. In mid Oct. they lost one of my sweaters and keep saying they'll pay for it but where's my check?? They are rude and obnoxious and keep sending me around in circles. Each time I come in they have a new excuse. Supposedly the owner lives in Houston. That's what I was told initially, and now I'm hearing Vail, CO. Plus they won't give me their owner's phone number which they are required to by law. There is def. something fishy going on there. Stay away from these crooks! I will be taking them to small claims and suing for a lot more than the $108 cost of the sweater. I have also filed a claim with the B B B. If you value your property find another dry cleaners. Cons: When they lose your clothes they won't pay for them. more
