Very unprofessional staff. Owner only cares about maximizing his profits at any cost. While they seem to be very understanding to their clients, they are giving a very hard time to those who own a franchise with them. They charge 20% in royalty and management fees, and when you request them to do their job (like making sure clients get billed on time, which doesn't always happen, and actually being the intermediary between the franchiser and the client) they shake their heads saying that it's nothing they can do. They often request franchisers to go beyond their contracts to keep clients happy. Your complaints or defenses as a franchiser are not taken into considerations and the owner is always ready to hang up on you if you request justice to be made. Contracts will be lost at no fault on the franchiser's side, and there is no remedy for it - your investment is lost as well. On top of that they charge about 3 times your monthly income on a contract and there is a waiting list if you want to upgrade.
