I wondered into the greatest purchasing experience at a dealership. At first I was just curious about Hyundai cars, but after meeting with salesman Brian I ended up with a beautiful new Elantra. Not only was he extremely helpful in finding me the right car, it actually felt like he cared about I needed/wanted. He never tried pushing extras on me that I clearly didn't need. I hope to continue a good relationship with the Clay Hyundai dealership because they have earned my trust. more

I would like to report a negative experience that I had at the dealership that I bought my car. I was there yesterday for my first oil change and I stopped by the sales room to say hello to the salesperson that sold me my car. The salesman proceeded to berate me over the not so positive survey that I completed, stating that he has not been able to collect "Hyundai bonus money" because of receiving a low score. I was not expecting this treatment and felt very embarrassed being humiliated by the sales person. The car that was delivered was dirty and they did not take the time to explain my warranty to me. The salesperson was not professional and I probably will not go back there for service or my next purchase. I am also planning to contact the general manager of the dealership as well. I expect a response from Hyundai for the negative treatment that I received at this establishment. more

It's clear that the previous review has been written by the dealership, so they are already demonstrating fraudulent intent by faking their own reviews. more

Face it, it's tough to find an auto mechanic you can really trust. But I've been to Clay Chevy/Hyundai on many occasions with my Hyundai and they have consistantly met and exceeded my expectations. Their convenient location in Newton Corner is easily accessible (right off the Mass Pike), and the service department is wonderful. Personally, I know very little about cars, so it was really great that the mechanic took the time to call me and throughly explain everything to me, and then show me everything after the repair was complete. In the past, I have felt ripped off by mechanics, but I know at Clay Chevy/Hyundai, that I'll always be taken care of. more
