Very good experience. The service man was prompt, proficient and personable. He was able to diagnose the problem (explain it so I could understand)and complete the fix in a reasonable amount of time. more

Marcel also offered a some suggestions with the kitchen sink faucet arrangement I hadn't even considered. Like installing a pneumatic button for the disposal right on top of the sink next to the faucet and soap dispenser. I didn't even know such a thing existed! But wow, is it ever handy. The other 4 sinks were hooked up very quickly and again the results look beautiful. The piping is metal, stainless steel I guess. Looks like it will last for years and years to come! At the end of the day, the bill came in right in the middle of Marcel's estimate. No surprises! I'll definitely be calling Clarke Kent and Marcel again if we have any problems! M.B Austin,TX more

I haven't dealt when any other plumbers here besides Marcel, but as far as I am concerned he is the best. He is just a friendly and pleasant fellow as well!? more

from my initial phone calls to have someone come out to the person doing the work, the experience has been very positive.part of that experience has been having the fellow that came out, gary hopkins, be honest and straight forward - and he did good, solid work. Tucker more

Went out of their!! 4/15/2010

Unfortunately, we have had to call on you many times. Each time we had fast response and people going out of their way to get us back to a normal operational life. They have driven to go get parts and come back and work late instead of simply saying "I'll be back tmorrow with the parts & finsh." went out of their way to help when I broke my ankle. Suzanne more

The same plumber has shown up the last two times I have scheduled service with you guys. He was great both times and I would say in general everytime I have scheduled service with you guys, which has been numerous, the service has been great. I will continue to use Clarke Kent as long as the high level of service continues. more

Gary was very professional and helpful - he explained everything along the way, offered us options when appropriate, and answered all our questions. The work was also done in a timely fashion and for a price that undercut the competition (we had gotten 2 other bids before going with C.K.) Thanks again! more

I like the way you guys do business. Your techs are always friendly and interested in my problem. Your arrival time is always good, and you have always fixed promptly whatever has gone wrong. When installing something new, it always works well. I like having all work proposed explained thoroughly to me, especially the cost. more

Twice we stopped up our kitchen drain. Clarke Kent specialists arrived promptly and corrected the problem. We also purchased two toilets. The gentlemen who did the work in our home (Robert A., Casey, and Mike E.) couldn't have been more professional. We strongly recommend Clarke Kent Plumbing and will use the company for all our plumbing needs. more
