My experience with this office has been the worst costumer service experience of my life. I ordered contacts 3 months ago and still have yet to receive them. I can call any day at any time and no one will answer the phone. I can leave voicemails and not hear from anyone for over a week. The staff acts like you inconvenience them for calling to check on orders. No one has genuinely apologized for the inconvenience to me. I'm constantly told next week or in a few days with no results. I would never recommend them. This is not the only time I've had difficulty with them, but it will be the last. They couldn't pay me to come back.
