Clark Properties was not bad initially. They, specifically Nicole, were very good at playing the fake nice, nice game.....However when it was move out time a whole new thing. They really aren't enough words to describe my opinion of Nicole. Didn't follow the law when it came to refunding security deposit or providing tenant with detailed list of necessary repairs.(they have another 30 days then to got dollar amt for repairs and send to tenant.) The first letter came on the 30th day with all kinds of crazy random stuff which I at first thought it must have sent to me in error. After MANY unreturned phone calls to get update, we received the next letter on the 60th day. Last posiible day. Not only was there numerous unnecessary repairs there was also ridiculous amt to be charged for labor. One huge item she said needed repair wasn't even on the first letter and it was something on the outside of the home. We had been gone for 60 days by then and so if this issue was even real, it could have been done by anyone. All in all, so completely dishonest and the worst customer service skills I have ever encountered. I have lived in many rental properties and I have never before had someone make up repairs, try and overcharge by about 10 times for these items that were mostly false, largest ones absolutely false, and then be so rude and incompetent at the same time. Constant inconsistencies on her part....After making us wait 2 months, now we will have to take this to the next level in order to get our deposit back. So obviously, I would tell anyone considering Clark Properties to keep on looking..there is another house , another realtor, anyone else would have to be more competent and more honest!!!!!!!!!!!
