I ordered Tires on Monday 2/2/09, Promised tires would be shipped by Friday. Total w/ Shipping $160. The next week on Thursday (2/12/09) I get a phone call wanting to know what tires I ordered. Now my cost was a total of $290, said I owed $130 more. I told them to put my order on hold, I wanted to speak to a manager. The next day (2/13/09) I recieved a phone call from them, I was now told the total was $314!!!! Alomost Double the original amount. I told him to cancel my order and send me a refund. The refund was sent out on 3/13/09, two weeks later I am yet to recive it, they keep telling me to call back @ 5, I got very upfront with one gentleman about the BS tonite after I was (1) Told to call back @ 5, (2) Was told to call back in 15 min because they were busy on the 5 return call. (3) I called back 30 min later (due to nobody answering the phone) and was told the computer was down, call back @ 7 which is when they close according to "Mike". Lets just say the conversation ended real quick at that point because he hung up on me, I never cursed, or poked fingers, just told him I was tired of the BS run around and wanted some answers. I luckily have family that works near there and they will be going by in person to try and retrive my stolen money. (I live in Virginia) This place should be shut down and the people who operate it should be locked up on Larciny charges. Report them to the CA Better Business Beuro and send a letter to the editors of LOWRIDER magazine if you have had a problem with this company. We need this place to not be advertised in such a respected magazine. If LOWRIDER wants to help the advancement and continuance of the lowrider community, they need to eliminate those who hurt it.
