I took my sewing machine in to be repaired. I went in the next day to pick it up and paid for the repairs. When I tried using it that evening it was not fixed! The part that I was ""charged"" for was not replaced. I took it back in the next day, the manager, Susan was not apologetic nor embarrassed about the situation. She started making excuses for the tech! I was told the next day that the part was suppose to have been ordered(it wasn't) and that it should be in the next week.
Two weeks later the part is still not in, so I asked for my sewing machine back(This was on a Thursday). Susan told me I couldn't have it!! That it was not at their store and that when the part came in she would call me. At this point I called the Citrus Co Sheriffs Dept. She told them that I could pick up my machine the next morning.
I got a phone call at 4:55pm (they close at 5pm) and Susan told me that the tech was taking a long weekend off and was not bringing my machine. So it would not be at her store in the morning and that I would get it next week. I told her she could tell that to the Sheriff's office! I will be at her store tomorrow to pick up my machine and if it's not there I will be filling with the Clerk of Court's office that same day!
So use this business at your own risk! They will never get my business again and I will be putting a bad review on every web site I can find! I will never recommend them to anyone as well! Rude staff as well as no customer service at all!!
