I had my nails done here and the man was doing a horrible job. I kept trying to tell him and he kept brushing me off. I eventually had to stop him, and tell him to stop touching me, didn't want him doing my nails anymore. the owner lady, or whoever, says, ""You pay today then you go take your n ails off and come back and I will fix for you for free."" I said ok and left. Whatever. Well I went back today to tell the lady i would just rather my money back, because my friend had her nails done with me, and the next day 2 of them fell off. So I didn't really want anyone there to do my nails again. The lady was really rude, told me they don't refund money. So I told her I wanted to see the sign stating that. She said its policy....so again I ask where this policy is in black and white for me to read. She then decides its ok to ignore me and continue on with other customers. Tells me only the owners can refund. So I ask for them. How convienient, they are on a real long trip! Needless to say, this nail salon has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! My experience goes alot deeper than whats written here. Our conversation was about 15 min. I left and went to get mall security, and the mall management. I have put in a formal complaint to them, and will also be looking into other areas like the BBB, and some other places. I STRONGLY URGE YOU TO NEVER GO TO THIS SALON. THEY RIP YOU OFF, RUIN YOUR NAILS, THEN BLAME YOU FOR IT LATER!!!! WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!
