My brief comment in regard to Cinnamon Creek (Arnel's affiliates): DO NOT RENT OR VISIT Cinnamon Creek!!! They are professional scam artists who work with CalPark (a parking/ security management firm) and Mr. C's Towing company (whose workers have been arrested & convicted for predatory towing in 2008). \r For a detail explanation read more below....\r \r By the end of next month, it will be a year since I moved here. Yesterday, Saturday, I needed to take my car to get work on, and borrowed my sister's car who have been having neck pain. I used her car to take her to my great aunt's funeral in the morning than drove back to my apartment to get some stuffs before taking my sister to the ER to check on her neck pain. When I came out (30 minutes later), my sister's car was towed from my own carport. You can't imagine how frantic I became. I needed to take my sister to the ER for her extreme pain and here my car is gone. I called Cinnamon Creek's office who gave me the number to their corporate office to get the issue resolved. I called the corporate office and was given different phone numbers to call. I was redirected to 5 different persons who all could not give me the answer or help me resolved the issues--my car towed. One agent even had the nerves to tell me ""why don't you just call for an ambulance if you needed to take your sister to the ER'"" What an insensitive and unprofessional comment!!! I was frustrated, now angry. I was finally redirected to CalPark, spoke with 3 different agents who give me different answers. I requested to speak to their supervisor, Kevin. more

If you are planning to rent one of these apartments, don't take first impression as what your experience will be, while living here. Even if you get the $200 off the monthly rent for a few months, do think again.\r \r First, the apartments are built out of cardboard, so thin, that you can hear your neighbors too clearly. Second, the sewer bill is based on ""per unit,"" not ""per person,"" like other apartment complexes. So, if you are 1 or 2 people in a unit, you end up paying most of the bill for that 6-plex. If you are a family of 5, then you will be the lucky one to pay $50 per month (the usual monthly bill for water).\r \r I honestly never had a roach problem, like other reviewers have claimed; the exterior is actually superb! Also, the management is great. However, since the building didn't seem solid, my husband and I felt forced to be extra quiet, since we had experiences of hearing exact words from people in apartments adjacent to us. Out of ALL of the tenants that we met during our one-year stay, there is only one family who renewed their lease!\r \r I realize that nothing that I complain about is the fault of the management; but it is what seemed to be the normal experience at this complex. more
