If you are planning to rent one of these apartments, don't take first impression as what your experience will be, while living here. Even if you get the $200 off the monthly rent for a few months, do think again.\r
\r
First, the apartments are built out of cardboard, so thin, that you can hear your neighbors too clearly. Second, the sewer bill is based on ""per unit,"" not ""per person,"" like other apartment complexes. So, if you are 1 or 2 people in a unit, you end up paying most of the bill for that 6-plex. If you are a family of 5, then you will be the lucky one to pay $50 per month (the usual monthly bill for water).\r

I honestly never had a roach problem, like other reviewers have claimed; the exterior is actually superb! Also, the management is great. However, since the building didn't seem solid, my husband and I felt forced to be extra quiet, since we had experiences of hearing exact words from people in apartments adjacent to us. Out of ALL of the tenants that we met during our one-year stay, there is only one family who renewed their lease!\r

I realize that nothing that I complain about is the fault of the management; but it is what seemed to be the normal experience at this complex.
