This happened to me ! I bought a dress the they had in the store and paid in full. The seamstress has my dress but I lost her business card. If anyone has her number can they please post it!!! more

Looks like Cinderella's is out of business. Looks like the Gray's took everyone's money and ran with it. Judith and Scott are the two owners of the family business. Judith Gray and Scott Gray. I had a HORRIBLE experience here! I went to Cinderella's in April of 2011 and fell in love with a Liz Fields dress. I fully trusted Scott as he seemed to be the sweetest person and made me feel like a princess, we ended up ordering the dress through him and paid a depoist that same day. Scott assured me that it would be in sept. or oct. which I was extremely happy about seeing as my wedding was not until may 2012 so I knew I would have plenty of time for alterations! more

I went to Cinderella's with no direction as to what I wanted for my bridal gown. I was greeted by Scott and his mother, Judy. Scott was very energetic and fun, offering myself, my mother and my 4 bridesmaids champagne and coffee. Judy was very soothing and honest as well, and neither one of them had a ""pushy salesman"" persona at all. Scott urged me to try on dresses that I would've never even looked twice at and I ended up buying one of them! I left with the dress of my dreams, in one visit. We had a private room for my party and I, and it made us feel like we had a private boutique all to ourselves. The experience was overall great. Scott and Judy made the process very fun and as soon as they sensed I wasn't liking something it was on to the next dress. No pressure. more

The left hand don't know what the right had is doing. They will tell you anything to get a sale. Was told it would cost no more than $45 for alterations. To hem the dress, cost-80.00. Was told they would mail the dress out-of-state, now they can't. Was told they would provide a box to mail the dress. NO, maybe if they have one. After the mix up, they said, to save you a trip, we will mail the dress. Called the next day, NO, come get it we don't mail dresses. Mixed up dresses. Could not find a bridesmaids dress. excuse.. she didn't order it, excuse, it didn't come in. Finally checked their computer and yes she ordered it., and yes it came in. They gave the dress to another bridesmaid, {which was pinned, and ready to be hacked} I convinced them to call the seamstress and check the sizes she had. Not once did anyone check the sizes that were ordered. . Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. I was in this store 2 hours. more

I found this store to be highly unorganized. I went an ordered my dress while I was pregnant, so I only had my bust measurement to go by. I went to get fitted after the dresses came in and they had me try on another bridesmaid dress that belonged to another bridesmaid in the wedding party, so the dress needed alot of alterations. They didnt have my name or phone number or anything, and tried to tell the mother of the bride that I had never came in to get fitted for the dress. Needless to say my dress was found and somehow had another name on it and the seamstress was called to not touch the dress that she had as it wasnt my dress. more

I came across Cinderella's Bridal Salon when I was looking for a particular wedding dress. I called the store and spoke with Scott, the owner. I described the dress that I had my heart set on and he knew exactly what I was talking about. Although he didn't carry the exact dress, he assured me that he had a very similar dress in the store for a similar price. Sure enough, as soon as I arrived for my appointment two weeks later, the dress Scott and I had talked about on the phone was there waiting for me. Scott also helped me pick out a variety of other dresses to try on, all of which were beautiful. Not only was Scott incredibly nice and helpful, the rest of his staff was as well. Once I decided on my dress, a few staff members helped me pick out bridesmaid dresses as well, which I have been agonizing over for the past two months. The bridesmaid dresses were really reasonably priced and Cinderella's had a large selection of styles to choose from as well, such as Liz Fields, Dessy, Alfred Sung, etc. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my experience at Cinderella's. I visited at least five other bridal stores prior to Cinderellas, and they just simply did not compare in terms of service. Both of my parents, who came with me, were very impressed as well. This salon has the worst customer service! I bought all 5 of my bridesmaid's dresses here. One of my bridesmaids found out she was pregnant so she called the salon right away to tell them she needed a bigger dress. They said she couldn't order a new one (it was too late) but not to worry it happens all the time and they could let it out no problem. Well, it turned out to be a BIG problem. Even though the dress was only a little small (she' only 3 1/2 months along) they MADE her order 4 yards of fabric and pay for the overnight shipping!!! After repeatedly asking how much this was going to cost - no answer was given - once the fabric came in they said it would cost $83!!! She already has to pay for alterations there and the cost of the dress! Outrageous!!! They were very unaccommodating and rude. They could at least pay for shipping or something when originally they promised her they could just let the dress out. They are just trying to make money off of her when it was their fault from the beginning. I will never go back there or recommend that place to anyone. They have bad customer service! Oh, and they quoted me a lower price for the dresses than what it actually came out to be. If you do go there get everything in writing up front!!! Lisa and the staff at Cinderella's did a fabulous job on my dress and also putting up with me. Lisa was wonderful in helping me pick out my perfect dress, tiara and veil. I had the perfect day...my dream wedding and it all started with my dress! more

Scott at Cinderella's helped ensure that I would be nothing but completely in love with my wedding dress! They were so understanding when I realized that my original Nicole Miller dress wasn't my ""dream"" dress. Their patience as my mother and I looked for my perfect alternative was extraordinary. The dream dress I ended up purchasing was one of Scott's own designs. The dress was gorgeous, sophisticated and classic. It was everything I wanted and more! Thanks again! - Dana more

When we visited Cinderella's in Sept, we were not rushed and had extremely attentive service. The staff made us feel comfortable and welcome. Although the selection is somewhat limited, all the dresses were exquisite and we found THE DRESS. Scott made this experience so much fun. We laughed and ultimately cried when my daughter tried on the dress. Everyone should have such a positive experience associated with this wonderful event. more

very snotty! I walked in with no appointment and they barely helped me. They asked me right off the bat about my budget, as if I could not afford dresses in there store. I walked out in disgust. Cons: the worst service more

A few friends and I stopped in to check out their bridesmaid selection and were received with rude staff...not friendly or welcoming. They had a small and somewhat poor dress selection, lots of sparkle and cut out styles. I can't understand why they think that having aloof attitude will sell more dresses... I bought a dress from this place and the sales people were very pushy. Most of all they were dishonest. They told me that they sold me a brand new dress when in fact it was not! I left the dress there for a week and then went to pick it up so that I could bring it to another shop to have some alterations. When I picked the dress up I noticed that there were dirt marks on the bottom of the dress that were not there before. Totally not cool! I would not recommend getting a dress here at all. Cinderella's Bridal is a must see for every bride in the RI/MA area. The staff are very, very attentive to the bride's wishes and what SHE wants. THey definitely make you feel like the ""Cinderella Princess"" you are. The staff is extremely friendly, and make you feel as if you are the only customer they have. Should definitely be on every's bride list when dress hunting. The also customize a dress for the bride's liking.......prices are in similar to other stores in the area......this bride is in ""love"" with her dress! more
