I consulted with Dr. Ciaravino last year. He was my top selection but I went with another doctor per a reference from a close friend. Horrible choice. The other doctor and his his entire staff did not work out for me. The situation resulted in me getting my money back..full refund. I then decided to return to Dr. Ciaravino for a follow-up consultation...I booked my appt. that same day. I visited with him and his staff several times while awaiting my surgery, they always were willing and open to assit me and answer questions. I had my surgery in Sept. The day of my surgery, everything was perfect! I saw Dr. Ciaravino before surgery he continued to answer questions that morning. :-) My surgery went well and I have been very pleased with the results. I feel he is a top notch plastic surgeon that is very creditable. His staff is friendly, warm and very helpful. If you are looking for a plastic surgeon I would higly recommend him above all others! more

I HAVE to brag on Katye N.! She was there for every question and concern I had along the way. She and Becca are truly an asset to Dr. C.! Dr. C. does fabulous work! I am only on day 6 and have had minimal discomfort. Everyone I know that has had a breast augmentation has expressed how much pain they were in and I must admit how pleasantly surprised I am/was with how great I have felt since I left the facility. I am very pleased with my results! I WILL and HAVE told everyone I know Dr. Ciaravino is simply the best! Do NOT waste your time "shopping" for a doctor--Dr. Ciaravino IS the best! Dr. Ciaravino did a great job on my breast reduction. Iam very very pleased, he and his staff are very helpful and informative, my breast look perfect except for a very minor scar that will heal. I highly recommend!!! more

I work 40+ hours per week and go to law school at night, so for me to take the time out of my busy life to write this review, well, it should really say a lot. Dr. Ciaravino is not only an incredible surgeon, but he has a wonderful staff- everyone from the front desk assistants to the anesthesiolgists. Regardless of recommendations from friends, from the moment I walked through the doors I knew I had found my Doctor. Any surgery is a huge deal- the scare of something going wrong, cost, recovery time- these are things running through your head. Let me just say that if you are actually ready to move forward with surgery to reach your goals, this is the doc for you. I couldn't be happier with the results, and I would do it again 100 times over. Recovery was a breeze- had my surgery on a Wednesday and I was back at work on Monday. I have had multiple friends tell me that the results from my breast augmentation surgery are the most natural looking and best they've ever seen. Thank you SO SO SO much Dr. Ciaravino. Just had my breast done for the second time on 11/11/10 and was out shopping at the Nutcracker Market on Friday with no pain meds taken again from day one. Original procedure was completed by another doctor in the Houston area over 13 years ago. The selection process was very critical for me in finding a "Skilled Artist/Doctor" in the breast area. I wanted to find a doctor that listened to me. First impression of Ciaravino was that he was a very compasoniate individual. He totally listened to my opinion on the outcome and exceeded my expectations in regards to the results. Absolutely would refer him and his pratice - time in time again. more

I had my breasts done 1 1/2 years ago and I am having MAJOR issues. I bottomed out on my left side (implant dropped from the muscle) and now my nipples are uneven. I was also told before surgery that the scars would be 2cm(ish) and they are about 2 inches! My left breast hurts all the time due to bottoming out (he should have put more sutchers in to hold the implant in place but he didnt. I went in for a follow up and he said that it happens sometimes and I would have to have them redone for $1,500! I could barely make the $5,400 initial payment for them. He claims to be the best Dr. in the country and has done maxim models and playboy bunny's, etc. But idk about that because my result is crap. I followed all of his directions post surgery and did absolutely nothing wrong to cause the bottoming out. My friend went to him and has problems with hers as well. She has ripples and hers are also uneven. more

I am a dancer and have seen lots of this Dr.s boob jobs and they are NOT all that great.Yes, he is very reasonable but I know of 4 girls that have had major problems and have had to go back or to another doctor to get them fixed.It seems to me like the same person wrote the 1st 4 reviews.I just had to write this to let you girls know what i have seen...sorry to disappoint... more

I contemplated having a boob job for a long time- probably 5+ years. I was so anxious at the consults I went to but none of the 3 offices made me feel as comfortable and excited for the surgery as Dr. Ciaravino. He listened to my goals and recommended the best size range for my body. I was really nervous I choose too small of a size and if the high profile would work for me. They offered the other shapes but explained why the high profile would help me acheive my goal of a C+. They also made sure that I had plenty of time to decide on the size- I actually did choose the larger size and it was no problem despite it being the day of my surgery! The staff could not be more informative, caring and helpful. Yes, all the assistants and nurses are really pretty, but that made me feel more comfortable. (Its like going to a weight loss doctor and the staff being overweight- I wouldnt trust that doctor!) All in all, Dr. Ciaravino is the best in town. Highly highly recommend!! I went to Dr. Ciaravino for a consultation for a breast augmentation. Everything was great! He was nice, the office was beautiful and his staff was great. The onlly thing that I didn't like was that when they showed me examples of saline and silicone implants, they showed me a CRAPPY saline implant. I've seen and held saline implants before and they showed me something that was totally not anything I've seen before or after I left his office and saw 4 other doctors. I didn't like that because I knew better and I guess they thought I wouldn't know that saline doesn't look like that. I didn't even want saline implants, I wanted silicone, but it made me feel like they show you a crappy saline implant so that you pick the silicone since it's more expensive. I also didn't like that they didn't explain the different sizes of implants. There are high profile, moderate plus and moderate. When I went to another doctor and realized that other doctors showed me options in different sizes... I called Dr. Ciaravino's office and the girl that answered told me they only use high profile because they don't want to give me a "fat boob"... the thing about that is that a high profile implant won't work for all body types. Dr. Ciaravino and his staff are amazing! I am so incredibly pleased with my results! I was extreemly nervous about my first time breast augmentation. Dr. Ciaravino explained that his staff would take me through from the beginning to the end. And they did, with professionalism, sweetness and respect. Dr. Ciaravino is amazingly gifted and talented. He was approachable and very patient with me. I am very grateful to him for making me feel so comfortable. The entire process was outstanding! I had my first breast surgery in 2003. I was right out of college & was not educated with the surgery. In 2007 I went to visit Dr. Ciaravino for a revision. He educated me on the procedure & explained to me what he needed to do to correct my breast. All I can say is I wish I would have gone to him first!!! My breast still look amazing after three years!!!! I still go & visit him every few months for Botox!!! Love Love Love my Botox!!! I finally decided to have my breast augementation done since I felt it was the least sexiest part of my body. DR. C fixed that and I opted for under the muscle...I think that may be the only way Dr. C does it? The staff was very friendly and helpful but I was a tad bit intimidated by all of the beautiful women that worked there...but hey..its their job. If I worked for him...I'd look like that too. LOL I was referred to Dr. C by 2 friends who didn't know each other and both were thrilled with their results. I went from a B to a D..but was still unsure up til the morning of my surgery. I did not want to look like an "entertainer" just naturally sexy and I wanted it to be questionable as to whether or not they were my boobs. Not like porn-star pin up...not for me .Mission accomplished! Dr. C knew exactly what I wanted and I told him (prior to being put under) to please stop filling my implants should they start to look fake and I trusted him knowing of his experience and reputation. Now, I have gorgeous boobies and I see women trying the determine if they are or aren't all real of the time...occasionaly they'll ask and they always want to know who my doc was. I've sent countless referrals and have had 2 close friends go in since me and ALL of them say he exceeded their expectations. It was great finally feeling like one of the "hot girls." Beauty does radiate from within but boobies are nice too. I would not only reccommend friends but family as well. I did not know at the time that you have to go back under the knife every 8-10 years. Bummer. Also...boobs looked their best first 3 years. I'll be back soon to get these babies lifted. =) Best of wishes in whatever you choose to do. He is a wonderful doctor. Dr. Ciaravino was recommended to me by several acquaintances and after taking a look at his patients and before/afters online, I scheduled my consultation. Definitely went better than my consult with a different Houston surgeon the prior week. Dr. C listened to what I wanted and told me exactly what would get me there. Fast forward a few weeks...he was right! I'm now only 4 days post-op and I already LOVE LOVE LOVE my new breasts! I was a saggy B and asked to be about a DD. Not sure the new cup size yet as I'm still in the surgical bra, but they are exactly what I dreamt of! Very little pain, swelling or bruising. I'm astonished at the results! Could not have possibly gone better! He is very quiet in the pre-op visits and will answer your questions but doesn't have a lot to say otherwise (not rude or anything, just quiet...a few awkward pauses). Seems to me he is an amazing surgeon, just not so much a people person. Personally, that didn't bother me at all. He listened to me, answered my questions, and gave me exactly what I wanted and I look incredible. His office staff was so sweet, and more than made up for whatever bedside manner he might be lacking. I could not ask for more! LOVE HIM! Highly recommended! I also went to Dr C. and was very disappointed in the results. The surgery went great but the results stink!! My breast are barely a "B" and I wanted to achieve a small "D". I did not feel that he listened to me and was rude to me at my post-op appointment. I would not send anyone to him! more

I had breast augmentation last summer by Dr. Carivino. I don't want to BASH anyone but I just want to warn girls who are looking to go to him. I am very disappointed in the way my breast turned out. He definitly did'nt listen to me and the end result was not great. They sit very low and are not at all Perky like he said they would look. He never called me after my surgery to see everything was ok, which I could overlook if my breast came out good but they did'nt . Oh well I guess I will just live with them. Be careful with him. My sister has had her breast augmentation done 4 times by a different "leading" plastic surgeon in the Houston area... I had mine done once by Dr. Ciaravino... Now my sister wants to go to Dr. Ciaravino one last time to get the job done right finally! I went from a 34C to a 34F, but he did such a good job that nobody realizes that they're not 100% natural! He gave me just the right size and shape to fit me perfectly, and I had such a wonderful experience that I would recommend Dr. Ciaravino to anyone and everyone! Don't be like my sister and decide to see him for corrective surgery, do yourself a favor and see Dr. Ciaravino immediately! Dr. C has made me feel like a new person. I am indebted. If you are looking for a surgeon, don't waste your time anywhere else, don't risk your body to anyone else. He is an artist and a saint! Pros: The staff, Experience, Results more
