I remember a couple of years ago when a manager named chuck was there he and his management team really gave great service AND with a smile, now not only is the service terrible, no matter which manager is there, but the quality of the buffet is struggling, at best. Maybe Cici's corporate will step in some day and bring back the fun and value that a Cici's is suppose to be more
