I could live off the Chicken Flautas & Creamy Jalapeno sauce 11/9/2005

Oh, yes, and let's not forget the margaritas!! YUM!! I love the environment, the atmosphere, and most importantly, the food! My favorite is the Chicken Flautas with the creamy jalapeno sauce. It is so good! My hubby prefers the chimichanga! Oh, yes, and let's not forget to mention the deserts. I love those sopapillas! They are sinfully good! I can forgive them for calling the cops on Jenna Bush (and I don't even like her dad!) for their yummy food! more

Fun night out 10/8/2005

Chuy's is fun, especially if you go with a group. Their margaritas are some of the best, and their enchiladas rock. The decor is funky and goofy, and it's definitely a jeans and tshirt place. I was never big on the red salsa--it kind of reminded me of V8--but the green salsa packs a spicy punch. It's popular, so be prepared to wait at any location. more

Great Hip place to start the weekend 8/5/2005

Chuy's on Barton Springs Road offers a great atmosphere, great food and great drinks. The location is very easy to get to, but the traffic is sometimes pretty backed up around that area. There is limited parking, and there is always a wait,but the food is worth the wait time. They have really good margaritas also. more
