Knowing that Church's chicken is not exactly fine dining, one expects just some bare minimums, that the food be cooked right and the order be served fast, none of those minimums are met here. The staff seems to be very unprofessional, even by fast food standards, they are slow, lack attentiveness, and are routinely talking among themselves using the intercoms, even while attending customers. One of the female cashiers seems genuinely annoyed that she has to attend to customers.The chicken is usually dry, no thanks to sitting under a heat lamp for hours, same goes for the biscuits. The jalapeño bombers are undercooked. The location looks dirty and run down, avoid at all costs.
