This is the worst experience I have had trying to refer someone business. I run a part/service store and have refered these guys business for years, but have never used them for my personal vehicles or any vehicles that I am working on. I refered my customer to this company for a part that is not available in the after market world so we could get his vehicle on the road. My customer called them and paid for part over the phone and was told that the part would be there here the next day, well 4 days later the part shows up. At that point we had the vehicle back on the road so we refused the shipment and sent the part back. It's now been 2 weeks and my customer still has not received a refund. My customer and I have called, and called, and called, and called, and called to try to get this resolved speaking to a guy by the name of Chip who I guess is running that circus. He has promised to refund my customer's card with a 20% restocking fee and $70 shipping charge. I know for a fact the the shipping was only $28, I guess Chip thinks that he is the only person that has FEDEX's phone # to get shipping quotes. Well Chip enjoy making this small change, because its going to cost you alot of money in the future not refering customers to you like I have been doing the past 10 years.
