We stopped here on a whim while touring the area recently. Husband had the seafood scampi and loved it. I had the filet mignon and had some probems. Filet mignon is a thick tender cut and this wasn't like any filet I've ever seen, looked more like a regular steak, no more than 1/2"" thick. It was very tender though and I wasn't in the mood to create problems so we let it go.\r

Service was slow but adequate. There were alot of regulars that our waitress seemed more interested in taking care of than us. When we received our bill, she said thanks and have a good night. We put up the card in the holder and waited and waited and well, you get it. Our waitress passed by at least 3 or 4 times and wouldn't even make eye contact (I refuse to shout in a restaurant!). FINALLY we went up to the hostess stand and asked if we could pay. What started as a $12 tip went down to an $8 one. Can't stand being ignored.
Pros: Open kitchen to watch chefs in action, good scampi
Cons: inattentive service, strange filet mignon, a bit pricey
